Return Policy

RETURN POLICY – ST. ROVANNI

Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be unused, with the original tags attached, clean, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.

How to Request a Return

Send an email to support@strovanni.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

After review, you will receive a Return Authorisation Code along with specific return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or damaged, St. Rovanni covers the return shipping costs.

For returns due to size, model change, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, except for orders placed within the EU, where we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 5 business days to confirm eligibility.

If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.

If the item is not eligible (used, missing tags, damaged packaging), we will contact you to discuss options, such as returning the product to you or converting it into store credit.

Non-returnable Items

Items that are used, dirty, or damaged by the customer, or products without tags.

Customised or made-to-order footwear (if offered in the future).
